• Delivered a strategic high profile project to transition Digital Partners from a client onboarding insurer to Managing General Agent status.
• Ensured key work streams were identified in line with the due diligence criteria required from the premium underwriters. i.e FCA Authorisation, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding Processes, Operations and Partner Transition.
• Delivered transferred the book and bordereaux from a legacy insurer to Munich Re underwriters.
• Managed the implementation of key regulatory & business change, ensuring that the operating models implemented is in line with FCA regulatory expectations and industry standards.
• Lead one-to-one stakeholder engagements – supporting the briefings with individuals on their requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Drove forward the implementation of key documentation tailoring them for each senior stakeholders and regulatory board.
